These appointments are for you to get an oversight of your symptoms and mental health journey. This is a space for you to ask questions from a skilled Psychiatrist and get answers. I will support you to find ways forward in your treatment journey. At the end you will receive a comprehensive report to share with professionals if you chose to do so.
This is a space for you to get therapeutic treatment. I offer a blend of therapy using my knowledge and experience within psychoanalysis will support you to be able to think through and understand areas of your past in relation to your symptoms. Somatic Experiencing tools will be at the centre of your treatment, giving support in settling and trauma resolution within the body. The sessions are 45-55mins, with 10mins of settling and integration at the end leaving you feeling in control.
I offer bespoke supervisions for mental health professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Therapists) to help them with their case loads, but also to support them to make their practice trauma informed and self-nourishing. My supervisions offer key practices and principles to allow your practice to flourish, prevent burn-out, and to understand your patients more deeply. Formulations and treatment strategies are underpinned with psychoanalytic and nervous system trauma theory.
I offer bespoke training courses and masterclasses for companies. I have worked within the NHS, Voluntary MHS Services and other organisations such as The Greenman Festival. My lectures range are experiential where the theory is applied in practice, using applied psychoanalytic theory, to nervous system and Polyvagal Practices. My lectures include "The Art of Self-Regulation", "The Polyvagal Theory", "Why your nervous system is killing you", "The differences between EUPD and CPTSD".
I offer Yoga Nidra guided rest meditations as part of workshops and weekend retreats, co-faciliated with holistic therapists (Gong, Yoga). My guided meditations are spaces where you can come to relax and unwind. Participants find the monthly sessions a consistent space to come to let go, check-in and learn how to implement Rest in their lives.
